We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about protecting businesses against unforsceen risks. Whether it's property, liability, or business interuption just to name a few.  You will act as the trusted advisor to support their commercial insurance needs. 
Commercial Specialist
 As the Commercial Insurance Specialist you will be responsible for new client growth and expansion of the commercial portfolio through outbound prospecting, client contact and sales activities.
You will play a key role in identifying prospects in business markets, servicing clients, determining risks and presenting customized insurance solutions.  
How you will create impact:

Conducting inbound and outbound calls to prospect and proactively build a sales pipeline, developing marketing plans to promote insurance offerings, and contributing to the achievement of sales, profitability, and growth goals.
Completing risk assessments and commercial inspections in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
Working with clients to review goals, providing risk management advice and recommendations for coverage, completing policy updates, and documenting required changes.  
Conducting policy reviews to identify changing coverage requirements, responding to client inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues as required.
Participating in events to create brand awareness and developing, maintaining, and cultivating community contacts to enhance agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities.

You hold a General insurance license( OTL) 
You have or are working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation is considered an asset.

You are required to have your own vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance. You will travel regularly.
This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment. 
Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required.

Insurance Account Representative:

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
Work Model:  Office Based Monday-Friday 9-5

Prospect and cross sell products/services that benefit the client. .    
Respond to client questions and concerns, resolve customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately. 
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Willing to obtain and work towards Life Licence ( LLQP)

Min 2 years sales and service experience within the insurance sector 
Knowledge of auto and property insurance products and experience with selling techniques is an asset.

Financial Services Representative- Wealth Advisor
As the Financial Service Representative you will focus on developing and deepening client relationships by providing high quality sales and financial services advice with a heavy focus on our Wealth & Life products. You will be responsible to adhere to regulatory requirements and compliant sales practices and will drive sales growth in investments through outbound prospecting and new client acquisitions.

Compensation: 60,000 - $75,000+ commissions.
