Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Insurance Sales and Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for offering tailored insurance solutions, providing outstanding service, and fostering long-term client relationships. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing our community engagement and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop leads, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling for various insurance products.
  • Schedule appointments and hold value-driven conversations with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with key COI (Center of Influences)
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries on policies, claims, and billing with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with the Agent and team to execute marketing strategies and achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Actively participate in community events and initiatives to promote the company’s presence and brand.
  • Develop and manage social media content to engage with clients and the broader community.

Qualifications:

  • General Insurance Licence ( OTL or RIBO)
  • LLQP or working towards.
  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in community engagement and social media management is a plus.
